The hotel is good, the rooms are large and clean, but the gym is really not good. Food at the restaurant was good for lunch and dinner, but the included breakfast is a little below normal Koh Samui standards in our opinion. Few options and average quality.

Vi bokade en Ocean Pool Villa och rummet var helt fantastiskt. Det här är fjärde gången vi bor här (senast var för 9 år sedan), och vi kommer definitivt att boka igen. Läget är oslagbart – havet och stranden ligger precis utanför rummet och är helt underbara. Personalen är dessutom väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Om jag ska nämna något som kan förbättras så var sängen något för hård för vår smak, men det är förstås väldigt individuellt.

Staff so friendly and helpful. We were glad we were in the bungalow with our own pool and veranda with se view as you got a lovely breeze from the sea. Only thing would have made this 5 stars if there was a communal air conditioned area as no escape from the heat other than your room. Lovely stay and highly recommend

I’ll try to be as short as possibly while telling people what they need to know. In all honesty I would never stay here again and I highly encourage everyone to read my full review I stayed in the ocean villa 4 days and the garden villa 3 days Be careful because the pictures of the rooms are actually 2 different rooms #1 I have photo evidence that they marketed a room reception claimed was not available. I had to threaten a lawsuit for them to give me the correct room. They changed the image on Expedia a few minutes later but I still have the photo of what I booked and paid for so reception finally gave me the room #2 it said it was renovated but has no spot for usb ports and a lot of bugs and ants #3 the actual location is okay but it’s a little off of and below the main area for restaurants #4 the beach is okay and the private pool again is okay depending on if you get the larger one vs the smaller one on the side ( they picture it in a way you do not realize they are 2 different rooms) #5 a lot of older couple with kids stayed here, if you are a couple I would recommend a different hotel. If you are a family this might work for you #6 food is super average and staff while friendly are not empowered to make decisions to help guests solved problems, I almost felt bad for the staff because it seemed they deal with a customer issue daily

This is our second visit and it didn't disappoint. Great location, great service but needs a little bit of repairs. Repairs are underway so hopefully fix any issues. Highly recommend for couples and young families.

If you are aftering for a quiet and relaxing resort, this may be just for you. We decided not to pick resorts in Chaweng Central and so Glad we made the wise choice and we absolutely enjoyed our 6 nights in one of the Superior Seaview unit on the 3rd level. IMO, Pool Access unit is not usable as outside your balcony is like a drain ( 2 arms length in width ). Round trip shuttle to Central which make it very convenient though slow walk will take you less than 30mins. Breakfast items were more than adequate. Khun Nan the front desk staff service is simply impeccable.
