此洒店離機場較遠..是島的另一端..喜歡清靜的,較好,,洒店不錯,,櫃台小姐態度相當友善...我們訂有二房,,其中有不包早餐的,(因是最後一間),居然請吃,,雖然是小數..看出是心意..謝..

조용하고 번화가랑 적당히 떨어져서(걸어 갈 수 있음) 멀고 해변 접근이 짱 쉽습니다. 호텔에 엘리베이터 없어요. 호텔 분들 다들 영어 잘 하시고 상냥합니다. 매일 아침에 풀장 청소를 해서 저는 풀장도 엄청 자주 썼어요. 다음에도 또 올거에요.

Es gibt schönere Plätze auf Koh Samui
Nicht zu empfehlen! Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Bilder stimmen nicht mit dem aktuellen Zustand überein. Der Pool ist in miserablen Zustand, es sind überall Fliesen abgeplatzt und nur Plastik-Liegen ohne Auflagen. Auch die angegebene Lage ist nicht korrekt. Hotel liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite und man hat einen Strandzugang über die gegenüber gelegene Bungalow Anlage (zweites Standbein und einige Bewertungen der Bungalow Anlage auf die Hotelanlage übernommen). Zum Zimmer gibt es nichts besseres zu sagen - Badezimmer wurde seit Jahren nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt. Überall Unmengen an Kalk und Schimmel & die Toilette hat viel Urin-Stein. Zudem bekamen wir bei Ankunft schmutziges Bettzeug, welches erst auf Nachfrage gewechselt wurde. Dies war auch das einzige Mal, dass unsere Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde. Weiter ließ die tägliche Reinigung auch zu wünschen übrig, es wurde nicht täglich das complementary water oder Kaffee/Tee aufgefüllt. Die Wände sind dazu dünn & man kann die Gespräche der Nachbarn hören - zum Nachteil, wenn diese einen deutlich anderen Lebensrhythmus und -Art haben. Auch unsere Ankunft war nicht schön und uns wurde erstmal mitgeteilt, dass unser Zimmer eigentlich ausgebucht ist. Man hätte uns wohl per Mail über das Portal versucht zu kontaktieren und darauf hingewiesen, dass wir kostenfrei stornieren könnten. Nicht sehr professionell. Zum Glück gab es aber noch eine andere Stornierung und es war dann doch ein Zimmer frei.

TERRIBLE HOTEL !!!
My room had mosquitos and bugs and smelled like mildew. the front desk person was extremely rude and she was even yelling at me because i was had a rash on my arm because of the bugs in the room. i left immediately after 5 minutes of checking in. they refused to refund me for the room even though i had to go see a doctor and pay out of my pocket. i stayed across the street at te Villa Marina which was a way-way better. Don't waste yuor money on this filthy hotel.

Friendly staff & close to the beach
On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist & was quickly checked into the main hotel with a pool view from our balcony. Overall the room was clean & comfortable, the hotel itself is in need of a little updating but has an old school charm. The pool was mostly quiet & cleaned everyday. It is a very short walk from Lamai beach & has free sun loungers for guests. The staff were very helpful & we were always greeted with a smile. The breakfast is okay & the WIFI was a little up & down at times but on the whole it was good. This is a pleasant place to stay & is situated away from the noise of the main strip.

Nice touches, close to everything
Hotel is set back from the beach, through the sister bungalow resort and across the road, nice and quite but local enough to bars and restaurants Breakfast served in sister resort basic but fine. Nice touches like beach towels and sun beds on the beach. Staff great. Would recommend for location and value. Hotel very clean but nearing a required coat of paint to hide a few marks ( being picky)

Gemütliches Hotel für 2 Nächte mit Strandnähe
Das Hotel ist nur 3 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Trotz der guten zentralen Lage ist es ruhig. Der Pool ist schön und die Hotelanlage auch. Dennoch ist es in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel sind alt und die Schränke riechen alt. Die Klimaanlage tropft.

Lovely
The hotel was clean and calm and quiet and yet was very close to the main road. Lovely swimming pool and friendly staff. There seemed to be a few families in the hotel. Lots to do in the local area with plenty of information leaflets at reception. Only down side was the wifi was completely hit and miss. Other than that I'd happily stay again.

Das Seabreeze Place ist ein gediegenes Hotel am Lamai Beach und gehört zu der daran angeschlossenen Bungalow Anlage. Die Zimmer sidn in gutem Zustand, sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter und der Chef sehr nett. Ichwürde wieder kommen

Vi stannade här en vecka, vi har bott här förut så vi visste att man får mycket för en ganska billig peng. Sängarna var skönare för några år sedan, då fanns det bäddmadrasser, men de är borta nu. Vi tog inklusive frukost denna gång, trevligt att sitta nere vid stranden på morgonen, men ska man stanna mer en några dagar så kan man nog skippa frukosten så man kan gå var man vill och få mer variation.

I really liked this hotel. Great location great pool that got sun all day. Happy staff that say hello every time you see them. The only thing I didn't like about my stay was the breakfast! I feel they could do something a little better even adding some mushrooms or beans to American breakfast would be a start. but our stay was still good value for money. And we would stay again.

Отдыхали  с 23мая по 06июня 2015г. Нам с­ подругой очень понравилось. Расскажу в ­вкратце. Плюсы: 1.Хоть отель и расположен на второй лин­ии идти до моря 5мин. 2. Вход в море шикарный. Песок и до глуб­ины не далеко. 3. Лежаки бесплатные от отеля, но без мя­гких матрасов. 4. Пляжные полотенца меняются каждый ден­ь с уборкой номера. 5. Чайник в номер дается по запросу .­ 6. Кондиционер работает исправно.­ 7. Перебоев с водой нет.­ 8.Бассейн хоть и не большой, но чистый и­ хлоркой не пахнет. Работает с 9.00-21.0­0 9.Отель находится в 15мин.ходьбы от  раз­влечений. 10. До рынка (где можно прикупить дешево­ рыбки и креветок и там же их вам пригот­овят за 40 Батт) 20мин.ходьбы спокойным ­шагом. 11. До магазина ЛОТОС 25мин.ходьбы споко­йным шагом 12. До достопримечательности бабушка и д­едушка 15мин. ходьбы 13. До магазина МАКРО 20мин.ходьбы.­ 14.До нашего любимого кафе под названием­ «Brown­ ­sugar­» идти 10мин. ­ Минусы:­ 1.Нет ни одного русского канала.­

Ligger på oversiden av veien, men siden samme hotell eier begge sider så har man tilgang på solsenger. Fint basseng og romslige rom. Kort vei til det meste, som alt annet på Lamai Beach.
