Good location, lousy services and facilities

On facilities / amenities, a million of NOs... including swimming pool, hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers, shower gel and shampoo, safe, telephone etc. WiFi is highly unstable and the connection is also lost. No buffet breakfast available, and the quality of the so-called 'set breakfast' is poor when compared to other resorts of a comparable size in Koh Samui. Everyday make-up of my room is only done upon my request. Service is poor at the reception particularly the young lady. English standard of the staff in general has much rooms for improvement. Notwithstanding the above, the hotel's location is excellent and the nearby restaurants are within walking distance where you could get good food or grab a drink.

The hotel is beautiful and at the far end of the beach so it's quieter. I walked into the main tourist area along the beach in about 25 minutes. The beach is smoother than those around it. The sand is smooth and the view is incredible. My room was oceanview but if it's available I would recommend getting ocean side because it looked like a lovely room. My room was big and well-cared for. The only thing to note is that there was no safe in the room.

This place was fantastic. Reasonably priced and right on the beach. The room was really cute and comfortable, with a balcony with a partial sea view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Plus, it's cuter, cozier, and more personal than the bigger resorts on the beach. Great location - close to the main strip of Chaweng, without being right on the loud part of the street.

Great service at great hotel

Great hotel run by brilliant staff. Could not do more for you, located right on the beach and up the quiet end of town made it a perfect escape. It rained for a few days which is no fault of the hotel but they delivered umbrellas if you wanted to go out. Will be back to stay here again.
