Poor Service Recovery. Faulty Jacuzzi and the entire bed was soaked. No one apologize from the Front desk but only engineering staff, not even changing another room for us; sending the housekeeping to change the bed-sheet or an apology note with fruit basket. Disappointed.

good price but NO TOOTHBRUSH/TOOTHPASTE
GOOD:
1/ large villa with private pool at good price
2/ just next to the beach and can swim there anytime
BAD:
1/ NO toothpaste NO toothbrush provided!!! that was the first time i encountered this problem in any 3-5 stars hotel. They provided everything from free bottled water to shower caps/hair brush etc. Really can't figure out the reason to omit it. Though it could be purchased in the service counter (next day), we only discovered such mystery at mid-night while we want to brush our teeth. Front-desk was called but the one answered didn't speak English well. It took me 5mins to explain to him what we're looking for (initially repeatedly saying sorry no taxi) but of course end up "sorry no toothbrush". So that night and next morning we had to live without brushing teeth.
how could one expect no toothbrush? do they expect every customer to check it while moving in?
2/ horrible group of flies around the wall corner outside (next to the shower place). Asked the cleaner once to spray some pesticide, but the next day it came back again
3/ outdoor bath-tube... next to it and above it were trees, so u can expect lots of fallen leaves and insects... we had to clean it ourselves every time before using
