The terrace is a detached house, sitting on a very quiet property with only 4 homes right on the beachfront.
You have your own secluded space, accessible by driving through a gorgeous coconut grove. The house itself is surrounded by palm trees and banana trees, and you are only steps away from a gorgeous, huge, quiet beach.
The property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but you can be on the main road in 5 minutes, and there is a 7/11 one minute's drive/5 minute walk away.
The property is also very near to Lipa Noi Pier, meaning very easy access for those travelling by ferry from the mainland or other islands.
The huge bedroom has with aircon, a comfortable king-sized bed with soft white sheets, a wardrobe and dressing table, and an en-suite bathroom with shower next door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay: a double-stove gas cooker, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.
There is a sitting area with a sofa and two armchairs, and a TV if you would like to relax after a day at the beach.

This house is in a small and quiet residential area. Parties or loud disruptive behaviour aren't allowed at all, out of respect to our lovely neighbours.
We reserve a 2000B security deposit via online payment, which we will deduct your electricity payment and any incidental damages from at the end of your stay so you don't have to worry about cash payments.
Electricity is not expensive on Koh Samui, and when used responsibly, you can expect it to cost about 50-100B per day.
