「There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. 」

「This was the perfect location in Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere. The property itself is over 600 years old so the ancient walls, wooden beams and other unique features were a delight. This is a wonderful boutique hotel with a lovely staff who are kind and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. We had three rooms: a standard room, a suite and a senior suite. Both suites were amazing. The senior suite is on the third floor (elevator only goes to the second floor so we had to...

「This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly.」

「The soundproofing effect of the room is very poor. The cars on the road are very noisy. The curtains do not block light at all. The reception desk is in another hotel, but no one has notified us of this before.We had to drag the box for an extra two hundred meters. The toilet has a disgusting smell.」
