This place was the scariest hotel I’ve been to.. There were people leaning in the door jam smoking. One guy was almost falling out of his chair drunk.. Men pacing up and down the outside of the rooms. Scary!!

The room smelled of smoke. The bed had a pink stain on top of the sheets. I was given a handicap room, the shower head was about 5 foot high. Veteran, I’ve slept in much worse.

I want to note that the guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful. But when we walked into our suite we were hit with an overwhelming smell from a scented plug-in. We took it out of the wall only to discover that it had been masking the smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was run-down as well and the floor felt gritty in places. We stay d here to travel on the cheap but we should have just spent the money.

Never Again!
Stayed in the same room 5 years ago. Reported an issue with the door then. Their fix was to remove a hinge. Urine stain on sheets. Complained, they gave me new sheets. Towels were stained and dirty, they didn't have any ready to replace. Handicap shower missing mount for non-handicap people. Had to squat to shampoo hair. Breakfast options were cereal, waffles, bananas and bad coffee. Were told the rooms had been renovated. Not the one we were in. Terrible experience, not coming back.

Put in room right across from noisy washer/dryer that was used into late evening. Room was not furnished right for two people. No hand towels, only one bath towel and wash cloth. Mirror filthy. Desk top also filthy--foreign sticky substance. Trash on floor right outside of our door. I have pictures if you would like to see them. Had made reservation several days in advance, so there was ample time to prep room. Owner was not in office when we left about 8:30 so clerk could not adjust fees. I think we should get total refund. Blood droplets or some other similar looking splatter in the tub basin. Shower head detached from wall. Toilet was not clean upon arrival, trash can next to door wasnt changed as it had used condoms and wrappers in it still. No towels or rags to use had to go to office to get them i initially and then when i needed new ones. Just all around a horrible stay and i was booked 5 nights. They better be lucky it was non refundable or i definitely absolutely would not have stayed the first night let alone 4 additional nights. SMH

This place was terrible. The floor was filthy and made my feet black. The diverter in the bathtub didn't work, so you couldn't take a shower just a bath. I picked up the phone to call the front desk, but the phone didn't work. I called on my cell and they sent a very nice lady who, with the help of a can of lithium grease, freed the diverter enough to get a half assed, low pressure shower. She told me the property was being remodeled and they hadn't gotten to my room yet. That seems to be common these days with hotels. The work that had been done was shoddy at best. The wall paint looked like an Earl Scheib paint job. The new flooring was just flopped down and not trimmed to fit The staff was very nice and did the best they could with what little they had. I wouldn't stay here again.

Absolutely Terrible
This was by far the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. There wasn’t even a handle to flush the toilet. The walls were all but falling down. Mold and dirt everywhere. I even think there was a marijuana blunt on the floor under the sink. It was so bad we didn’t even bring our bags into the room. If it was a $35/night room I could maybe understand, but at over a $100 it was terrible. What the hotel is advertising is not what you will get. Use caution if you choose this place.

the staff were friendly and accomodating enough,but the room had a "Raid bug bomb" smell that permeated it and REALLY ruined the experience. we also found used washcloths hanging on the shower curtain,and the floor made our feet dirty after stepping out of the shower. if it hadn't been for the SMELL and dirtyness of the room ,I would have given it a 4 star rating most likely.

I thought we were entering the laundry- check in was in a side entrance - laundry being folded. Maybe regular area was being remodeled? Was old, outdated, paper thin walls. Asked for different room - none available. Noisy all night! Hard uncomfortable beds. The few choices at breakfast had signs saying only one banana - limits on eggs. First time ever, I have nothing good to say- especially since this wasn’t an inexpensive hotel. Horrible experience!!

I was on the 2nd floor. The stairs were dirty and in need of a paint job. The holder for the iron in the room was falling out of the wall. There was only one waste basket in the room where in other places there’s at least 2. Other than these examples things were ok.

The beds were very uncomfortable but I made do with it we had 6 people in our room with only 2 beds We had 3 adults and 3 children They had a sofa bed But you had a sheet over the sofa When you picked up the cushions you had crumbs all under the cushions then you took off the sheet to get to the mattress out of the sofa and you had crumbs and everything inside there with no sheets and knowing that there was 6 people in the room You did not give us extra pillows or blankets I had To go down to the office to get extra pillows and blankets which should have been in the room So the 2 of the kids had to sleep on the sofa And not the sofa bed They were very uncomfortable Other than that it was OK
