First time staying there ins some time. As I remembered, the staff were cordial and accommodating. Service staff went out of their way help and assist. Facility was under renovation. Changes to room made them more comfortable. Area around the immediate outside could use some sprucing up (butts, etc.)

The young lady that works there was simply amazing. She was friendly and helpful. That was about the extent to the positive points of the stay. I was there for a total of 6 nights, the tub didn't drain well, had to ask staff to get it snaked to drain. The ac has multiple functions, but the electricity to the room keeps shorting it out and resetting so waking up in the middle of the night sweating and hot. the water had no imbetweeen of hot and cold, it was either scalding hot, or freezing cold. Being on a budget I thought this would have been better accomadations. It wasn't the worst, but it was far from a great and enjoyable stay.

Very disappointed that I wasted my weekend here..

The staff were friendly. Unfortunately this was our third stay at this particular location, but will be our last. Our first room had hot or hotter water in the sink and toilet, but in the morning we discovered there was no water in the shower. They moved us to a different room which had an overfull dehumidifier, a fist shaped "dent" in the wall and while we at least had cold water to brush teeth with, the shower was scalding hot or flesh melting hot. My hot tub at 104⁰ is cooler than the shower was. Someone came and took notes the dent and apologized for the overly hot water but that was it, no offer to rectify anything beyond that. If we had not already paid and used our credits on a non-refundable reservation, we would have gone to another hotel but we were already out the money so we were stuck.
