"A few friends and I had to get a last minute hotel in Tokyo due to missing our train to Osaka. Even though we reserved a room after the check-in time(10pm) we called the property owner and they promptly gave us all the information we needed. The room had all the necessities (bed, towel, toothbrush, fridge, microwave etc.). Showers and sinks were clean.
