"Hotel Pavilon was better than we could hsve ever imagined! We had no idea what to expect when we arrived, and we were very pleased. The rooms were quite comfortable and had lovely views. The daily breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. The next time we come to Prague, we will.stay here again. And I will be telling anyone I know to stay there as well. "

"Not an obvious location for a business stay but I had meeting locally so through I’d try it. Set in a lovely garden it is modern but appealing. Mostly residential around it but there is a local coop for extras. Spa/sauna is an extra cost per hour but very good. A couple of little things went wrong and the team responded extremely well to fix them and ensure I had a good stay. I’d go back. "

"A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect."

"This hotel is in the middle of nowhere - it was very hard to find it if you do not speak language or do not have GPS. Impossible in the night. Property is closed at 9pm and there is no Staff or receptionist inside and nobody will let you in. If there is emergency the guest is trapped inside with no way out and nobody will help him/her. My plane was late and I had to sleep at rental car because of that. Director of the property Mrs. Zdenka Tejkalová answer at my complain saying in short "it is what it is. We charged you anyway". My warning - never, ever use this hotel. I travelled over hundred times fro Tokyo to Rio de Janeiro and never had this kind of problem. Horrible, unpleasant and very danger experience. "
