Wir durften bereits um 1100 Uhr einchecken ohne einen Aufpreis zu bezahlen. Das Hotelzimmer und die Betten waren sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war etwas zurückhaltend und man kam sich nicht willkommen vor. Das Tassen, Teller und Besteck beim Frühstücksbuffet ist teils sehr schmutzig.

had to check out of the property after day one. faced several issues : (1) the bathroom was leaking - the management offered a 2nd room that had a bad smell. (2) slow internet (< 5 mbps) (3) house keeping needed several follow up to provide drinking water I would not recommend this hotel

Not up to ibis standards
I have stayed in multiple locations and ibis is one of my “Go-To”, however ibis Kolkata this stay has been by far disappointing. Clumsy room, smoky elevators, jammed washroom doors, not-so-great window view. I mean come on - there is a bare minimum for ibis, that too in business hub in Newtown. However, executives at reception were decent enough to listen and take feedback - hope it gets actioned upon.

Good hotel but average service.
Rooms were very good with a decent view. Compact and comfy. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. But was very disappointed with restaurant menu selection and service. Had to repeatedly ask for a few items and still didn't receive it. Restaurant didnt receive calls most of the time. Had to request reception to arrange a call back. Overall decent stay.

Excellent hotel option
Excellent service provided by all the staff in hotel. The food served in the hotel is also top notch. The only minute issue I faced was with the pillow available which was a bit uncomfortable for my liking but that would depend person to person. Overall a great stay over 5 days

Fire alarm went off FALSELY at 6:00 am morning and there was chaos on the 8th floor. The sad part was there was no initiative from management to call the rooms and inform that it was a mistake. Rather when we called they casually told it was a mistake whereas they never realised the panic situation in top floor.

New hotel but services are not good. If you want something they serve you after 20-30 minutes. Sometimes after reminder. During my stay load shedding was frequent. No arrangement for back up. Needs to be improved a lot. Services are not at all according to charges.
