We had the best time here. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The grounds at the resort are so beautiful & lush. The beach is steep to the water, that’s the only part that wasn’t perfect..

Was wonderful, staff super nice, room was clean. Only down side was that a big portion of hotel was blocked off for construction and the elevator by our room was out of service which made getting to our room a bit of a maze

Fabulous resort! It’s huge – 52 acres – and has every amenity and water attraction that one could want. It is right on the beach and has many lovely videos too shop and eat and relax. The staff was available, courteous, friendly, helpful – I can’t say enough good things. I will be returning !

Staff were nice. Hotel need some minor touch ups pool plaster and painting. Room had a musty smell but provided dehumidifier which helped. I would go back Third trip there

Staff ultra excellent ! Room and catered event were perfection. Only wish for December the Christmas music would be continuous. Needed a clean audio video however music was not always playing. The Christmas trees were beautiful. *****

The Grand Hyatt staff did an amazing job during our stay - from Tom, the concierge who planned our tours to the entire hotel team, they provided excellent service and wanted to ensure we had a wonderful time. Our ocean view room was perfect and very private and we loved the onsite restaurants. We would definitely return! The resort location is perfect.

Lovely property! Looks like some of the common area like elevators could be updated. Room was regularly cleaned and food and drinks were good. Best views of the skies at night while sitting on the beach.

The staff were nice, the food was marginal, the slide was broken and the lagoon had rocks for sand (and very little of it). Little to no activities for kids except feeding the koi fish. Also, the elevators were filthy and the room closet doors the same! For that expensive of a hotel, I would have expected better.

Very large property, lots of options for swimming. Staff was very helpful and friendly despite a snafu with our reservation via Expedia. Breakfast buffet advance purchase is advised. Room was clean and comfortable with great streaming options to TV.

We had a nice view and a fairly quiet room. The pools didn’t do much for us but we could see how kids may enjoy them. Staff were all lovely We heard guests in the neighboring room coughing and their baby crying intermittently but it was tolerable. I haven’t looked at my final bill from checkout yet but there were price discrepancies between the asking price on Expedia and those stated at the resort.

The resort was exceptional. Beautiful setting, gorgeous landscaping, fabulous pools and salt water lagoon! All the staff were friendly, helpful and made you feel welcome from the moment we got there until the moment we left. We will certainly stay again if we have the chance.
