Very nice stay in perfect location

Really enjoyed the property with views, proximity to the beach and awesome shared beach gear which saved on rentals/purchase of gear we weren’t able to fly with, the house is comfy and a perfect size for a few people, would stay again.

Awesome Location & Space

Great amount of space and super close location to beaches. Walking distance to Brennecke’s beach and Poipu beach. Loved being so close to such an awesome beach.

Really close to the Poipu beach so you can see the sea turtles easily. The property is very well maintained . There’s a great view of the ocean from the living room. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks for hosting.

Amazing place with breathtaking views!

My boyfriend and I had the best time in Popui! The place is just a short walk or drive to the beach and near some amazing restaurants. When we arrived to the property there were cookies & chocolates set out as I was celebrating my birthday over our stay. Owners could not have been more welcoming or accommodating! Will definitely be back.

Family adventures

Everything was as expected for a small family rental (4-5 people). The beds were very comfortable. The free laundry was a big help. We appreciated the beach equipment and the easy beach access. It was EVERYTHING we needed for fun at the beach which was a 5-10min walk. Location was also convenient for Waimea Canyon and Koala Ziplines.

Great location!

This listing is super cute, has all the amenities that you need. The AC was great (shocking how many listings do not have AC). The location is also great! Short walk to the beach and a restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view and east beach access!

The view of the ocean from the deck is amazing. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to one of the best family friendly and fun beaches in Kauai. Great spot to stay if you want to snorkel and body board. There is great surfing as well. Also, an easy drive from the airport.

Loved this place.

This place was clean and convenient. Much rather stay here than a hotel. Plenty of towels for beach and shower. The view is incredible. Also just a 2 minute walk to the ocean. Would recommend for anyone.

Great Poipu Unit!

Was a great little place to stay that overlooks Poipu beach. A quick walk to watch the turtles every morning/night and within walking to a number of good bites. The staff were super friendly and willing to give us tips on traffic times and when we should visit different parts of the island. Would definitely stay here again! Mahalo for a great stay!

Nice location, close to Poipu beach, view of the ocean

Very functional, good location and views, came with some amenities (soap, shampoo, tp, etc) which was convenient, good communication with hosts. Works well for a couple or small family (two bedrooms but only one bathroom and no dishwasher).

Amazing!

I would 100% book this again. It’s minutes from the best beaches and food on the island. Clean. Comfortable. Home away from home. The air conditioning was a huge plus.

Gorgeous view and so convenient!

The view is true to life! Fab sunsets and ocean views. The location is also perfect! You can walk down to the beach (including amazing snokeling) and to restaurants. Easy drives to all points west and up to the Lihue area. Also, it's fantastic to not be in a resort development. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Laundry is a huge plus and snorkel supplies a thoughtful amenity. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Information provided prior to arrival was thorough and excellent... car rental, directions, restaurants (as well as booking advice) We had everything we needed in the condo. Owners/managers were very nice to deal with and prompt to answer questions. In condo instructions were very clear.

Super cute and clean! We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every moment. The beds were comfy and large. There was a cute little welcome basket that greeted us. It was filled with coffee and hawaiian treats. Instructions from the owners were detailed and easy to follow. We appreciated being able to wash our laundry. There was air conditioners in each room. We set them to 72 when inside (as instructed) and that was plenty enough to keep comfortable. The house was prepared with all of the necessities. There were dishes, pans, silverware, towels, hand soap, dish soap, and even a blender! We used the snorkeling fins and left 4 sets of snorkeling goggles/masks behind for the next people. We recommend you use them :). The walk to the beach is short and Lava arch is nearby. Beautiful location, couldn't ask for more.

Excellent choice near Poipu Beach

My family stayed at the condo (unit F) during the 2022 Christmas break. The owner provided timely communication and very useful information about the property and surrounding area. The Poipu breach view from the window in living room is spectacular. Easy parking and convenient drive to beach, ports, botanical garden, shopping and dinning. The kitchen is fully loaded (no dish washer but no a problem for us). The owner also provide a lot of swimming, snorkeling and surfing equipment in the basement.
