Great location!

The property was easy to get to, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend for one or two people. Had a flexible checkin which was amazing. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice, quiet place

We were generally happy with the studio, it was well situated, well equipped and very clean. There was a nice patio. Unfortunately, contrary to the photos in the listing, there was no patio umbrella so we had to figure something out at the host’s suggestion, with the beach umbrella. Less than ideal.

Excellent Location

The property was clean and easy to find. It felt very comfortable and welcoming. The property owner left a binder with photos and diagrams explaining all the features of the property as well as recommendations for local dining and services. My wife and I would gladly stay here again.

This beach cottage in Poipu was simply wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable for a couple, came with beach amenities for use during our stay, and was in an ideal location. It's so convenient having a kitchen when staying in Kauai, even though it's great to venture out to eat at the many great local spots around. The beaches and weather in Poipu cannot be beat, and this condo is close to so many great places. The host is super- very prompt with communication and very organized and friendly. You cannot go wrong staying in this cute, well appointed condo in Poipu!

Very Nice Property

This is a very nice property and is very well maintained. We had zero issues once we arrived and very much enjoyed our time. The listing is not entirely accurate - it is not a one bedroom, it is essentially a studio with a Murphy bed. For the location, this is a very good value compared to some of the resort prices in the area.

Nice quarters in a nice neighborhood

I enjoyed my stay. I do have a few nitpicks. There wasn't enough room to move around with the murphy bed down and the large window should get shades. Room was clean, nice views.

Perfect

l stayed here by myself for a few days after hiking the Kalalua trail with friends. It was an ideal spot to get some quiet time and recharge. It was safe, peaceful, and the location was great. The area is beautiful- I rolled over in bed one morning to see a giant rainbow right out the window. Susan was great at communicating and stocked the place with all sorts of small and thoughtful things that guests might need. Would absolutely recommend!

Honeymoon vaca

We had a great time at Susan's VRBO. Although it was smaller than we anticipated, the VRBO had everything you would ever need. The location is PHENOMENAL and poipu estates is such a quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

Small but nice

This is a small property. Space is limited, and cooking facilities very limited. Not a one bedroom unit, more like a hotel suite. Lanai is wonderful. Susan and Bernie were friendly, and great communicators. We really appreciated the extra care Susan provided with check in and fresh bananas from her tree!

Perfect Location for just unwinding

Couldn’t have been a more perfect location for our 13 night stay. Close to beaches, shops and restaurant’s but felt like our own private cottage when enjoying the evening on our deck. Would definitely stay here again! Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

Very nice apartment. Efficiency style with fold away Murphy bed. Very open and bright. I enjoyed the sunlight. Everything is new and very clean. Kitchen is limited, no traditional stove/oven, but small fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and griddle if you need it. It worked for me. Bathroom very nice and clean. Laundry room is underneath apartment and available. All essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, detergent, etc.) provided. Susan provided all information upfront and was very helpful. Great location. 10 minute walk/3 minute drive from plaza with shopping and excellent restaurants. 20 minute walk/5 minute drive from beach. Private parking spot. I would stay again.
