「Quiet and clean very well kept up. Close to shopping and good dining without feeling like I was downtown in a major city. 」

「The house was amazing! The location and pool adjacent to the beach just cannot be beat. House was very comfortable for a family of 9 with 3 kids. During our stay the refrigerator broke and they brought over a replacement with coolers of ice within an hour. The range didn’t work well but was functional. House really could have used AC in the bedrooms for sleep comfort in the summer but overall was an amazing property with very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Such a beautiful home from when you enter and throughout! Extremely spacious, every appliance you could possibly need, dry goods in the pantry, game room was fun! Pool right across the driveway like walking distance, one problem there was is the water to the whole house shut completely off twice. Owner took good care of us and fixed the problem immediately with an app on his phone. Turns out it was a water safety feature that turned on and closed the water lines but the owner detached the system...

「Property is in a great location for beach, golf, shopping and trips to other Kauai activities. Nicely maintained with most all amenities included. We booked the house and cottage for our family of 12 and enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend this property !」

「We loved our stay! The home is just a few minutes from Poipu Beach, restaurants and shopping which was very convenient. Our family really appreciated all the beach toys and gear! It was nice to come home to our own little oasis in the backyard after a long day of swimming/snorkeling and exploring. The home is very clean, has all the amenities you would want and the owner is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. 「We had a wonderful time staying at Milo Hae Hale! The room layouts and back lanai were perfect for our family. The house had everything we needed. The location was great. Just a short drive to multiple beaches, restaurants and shops. The house is one level so was ideal for my parents with mobility issues. Just note, there are some steep steps to the front door. I missed that comment in the listing (it is written there). I saw wheelchair accessible so assumed easy access. We made it work and...

We saw sea turtles every day while we ate breakfast on the balcony.We plan to come back to Kauai someday and when we do, we hope to stay here again. The location of this condo was perfect!
