Towels smell like butter because you are washing white dinner napkins with them. Your prices are way too high. You will not ever and should never be like Germany. Stay Polska, humble, clean, and stunningly beautiful.

Es sollte die richtige Sauna bei den Bildern abgebildet werden, die Dampfsauna sollte funktionieren. Im Spa-Bereich wären Liegen schön. Es gibt nur eine kleine Sitzbank aus Fliesen. Ebenfalls ist zu empfehlen, dass das Reinigungspersonal nicht so laut beim sauber machen ist, da die Wände im Hotel sehr dünn sind. Sie verrücken Möbel und lassen Türen in das Schloss fallen. Sonst sind die Zimmer schön groß, ordentlich und sehr sauber. Der Balkon ist sehr gut. Das Essen war gut. Das Personal am Empfang und in der Sky Bar waren super freundlich. Für ein 3-Sterne Hotel war es gut.

Super Hotel mit tollem Service und Angeboten an Speisen und Freizeitaktivitäten. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist top, gleich in Strandnähe. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse mit Bar ist großartig. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, kommen gerne wieder. Alles Top!

Das Hotel ist sehr dreckig. Wir hatten beim Einchecken ein Zimmer bekommen, in welchem das Bad nicht geputzt wurde. Nach Reklamation und versprochener Reinigung passierte gar nichts. Also am nächsten Tag wieder beschwert. Mussten dann in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, weil man anscheinend nicht in der Lage ist zu putzen. Das Bad war sauberer aber auch dreckig. Auch die Zwischenreinigung, beschränkte sich auf einmal saugen und Handtücher Wechseln. Das Klo oder das Waschbecken wurde nicht ein einziges Mal abgewischt. Es gibt nicht genügend Parkplätze für die eigenen Hotelgäste. Parkplätze werden sehr teuer für 40 zł am Tag vermietet. Tiefgarage noch teurer. Positiv zu bewerten ist das Frühstück. Ansonsten ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Es werden hier deutsche Preise verlangt aber ein unterirdischer Service geboten.

Unsere zimmer war für 3 Personen ( 2 Erwachsene und 1 kind) ideal. Aber das Bad hat ein sehr unangenehmen Geruch unterm Bett könnte man wenigstens saugen. Im hotel ist es sehr sauber nur die Zimmer sollten besser sauber gemacht werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist top für alle was dabei. Postkarten kann man am Empfang abgeben auch ohne Briefmarke und bezahlt paar zlotys

Es war soweit alles in Ordnung. Uns haben nur sehe viele Kleinigkeiten gestört und sind uns aufgefallen. Z.b. sind die Treppenhöhen alle unterschiedlich. Ich bin fast jedes mal gestürst. Dann ist die Duschen sehr klein Obwohl das Badezimmer richtig groß ist. Man kann in der Dusche sich nicht mal drehen. Die Betten sind extrem weich. Man versinkt dort drin und bekommt Rückenschmerzen. Und so weiter. Ich werde das nicht alles aufzählen. Ich kann das Hotel nur bedingt weiter empfehlen.

Olymp ale jesze nie Olimp

Pobyt oceniam pozytywnie. Ceny obiadu 60 zł czy obiadokolacji 70 zł trochę to drogo jednak. Obsługa czy to w recepcji czy w restauracji miła, pomocna. Woda w butelkach w pokoju prawie codziennie uzupełniania. Posiłki ze wzgledu na mała liczbę osób w tygodniu, z każdym dniem było dorzej, to nie znaczy żle, w weekend znów sie polepszyło. Z noszeniem maseczek ochronnych bywa róznie w obiekcie. Podobnie ze środkami-puste pojemniki.

Poniżej oczekiwań

Bardzo dobre położenie, ładne duże pokoje miły personel w recepcji. Poza tym hotel rozczarowuje. Basen jest mały, strefa saun pokazana na zdjęciach nie pochodzi z tego obiektu. Śniadanie bardzo przeciętne, w niedziele, kiedy było więcej gości nie było co zjeść, cały bufet ciepły był pusty a bufet zimny niemal pusty. Nieświeże i kiepskie pieczywo. produkty niskiej jakości. Nieprofesjonalna obsługa. Pokoje nie są sprzątane w niedzielę, brak ręczników do sauny. Brak kosmetyków w łazience - dostaliśmy dwie buteleczki kiepskiego żelu na dwie doby. Nawet mydła nie było. Brak sejfu, brak klimatyzacji. Reżim sanitarny respektowany częściowo, zarówno przez gości jak i obsługę. Ale oklejenie folią przycisków do windy to chyba chroni te przyciski, bo raczej nie użytkowników.....

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich. Leider war die Freundlichkeit am Empfang nicht gegeben. Beim einchecken hat uns die Dame am Empfang zunächst ignoriert und 5 Minuten lang auf ihr Handy gestarrt, als hätte sie uns nicht bemerkt. Auch sonst waren sie dort sehr wortkarg, obwohl wir sogar die Landessprache beherrschen. Den Parkplatz haben wir vorab reserviert. Hierzu wurde uns nur auf Nachfrage Auskunft gegeben, wo wir denn parken dürfen. Auch das WLAN-Passwort blieb und vorenthalten, was wir aber ohnehin nicht benötigten.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Nettes Hotel! Sehr sauber und Ausstattung war neu und freundliches Personal und trotzdem nicht aufdringlich (ist mir immer wichtig) und die Nähe zur Ostsee war auch gegeben. Wenn man keine kleinen Kinder und Familien mag ist es vielleicht nicht das richtige Hotel.
