「Ideally located by the marina and drop off for the ferry from Athens. Beach and gorgeous bay less that 100m away, with the main Marina strip of restaurants and bars within a few steps walk. Really good room for the price. Stayed here 4 nights. Incredibly helpful and friendly owner. Would recommend. 」

Super convenient, 5 mins to the beach and local tavernas, shops etc and of course the food at Alter Ego, the onsite restaurant was delicious! The breakfast was superb too and they kindly made us delicious paninis on our last day as we were leaving too early. 」

「This is a very sweet place to stay in Perdika, only a 10 minute walk from the harbour, restaurants and small beach. The room was comfortable and clean and was refreshed daily. Although the two rooms we booked hadn’t been set up as requested, that was swiftly and kindly rectified by the staff (worth noting though that we booked a twin room for our teenagers which ended up being a double bed and a pull out trundle bed). 「Η διαμονή μας στο koukounari apartments ήταν εξαιρετική!Το κατάλυμα ηταν καθαρό,άνετο,με ειδη προσωπικης υγιεινής, καθημερινος καθαρισμός του καταλύματος,άνετο ,μεγάλο κρεβάτι...Το πρωινό ηταν πολύ ,καλό,τίμιο,με επιλογές. Εμείς προτιμησαμε το "ελληνικό πρωινό ",το απολαμβάναμε διπλα στην πισίνα,την οποια μπορουσαμε να τη χρησιμοποιουμε όποτε θελαμε!😄όλο το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο,εξυπηρετικότατο σε ότι θέλαμε!σίγουρα το προτείνουμε και θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία!!!!😜」
