「We travel a fair amount and have never been taken care of so well. The owner greeted us warmly, gave us an overview (and a map!) of the neighbourhood with the best places to shop and eat. The room was impeccable, well-appointed and had all amenities one would expect plus extras. We had a lovely stay and an to come back to Crete with friends and stay at Palazzo di Pietro again. Efcaristo!」

「No words can describe how perfect little falassarna beach is and how pretty the apartment are. It is our second time here and it only gets better. Walking distance to the beach, market and restaurants. Breakfast is great and super convenient. 」

「The hotel is very old fashioned, but there is everything you need for a week or two. There is a balcony (no sea view) and the air conditioning works perfectly well. 100 m to the beach. The hosts are very nice and kind people. There was a couple of bottles of water and plenty of fresh fruit in the room when we arrived.」

「I liked the fact the property is on the beach. The pool is beautiful and clean. I did not like the fact there is no restaurant on the property. Only a snack bar in the pool area. 」

「The hotel is really nice, the pool area is clean and modern and the staff are really nice. The apartment was huge and had everything you needed including cooking and washing facilities. It has two big balconies and good aircon and nicely decorated. It is a straight walk down to a nice area with restaurants and 15 min walk from the beach. 」

「Property was clean and accessible to old town Chania. It is a great location and the view of the harbor was wonderful. We were in the "Duke" room which was more spacious than the "Lord" room my son rented. There is no elevator at the property, You must climb stairs and if you rent a car there is no parking associated with the property. Street parking is crowded and limited」

「Went with my husband and two adult children… the duplex room 8 was amazing!!! Overlooked the old town with a view of the harbour! Great seating outside the room in the balcony to take in all the huddle and bussel below. The suite offered a bedroom downstairs with two beds a bassin , washroom and shower all separate so ur able to brush your teeth or blow dry your hair if someone is in the shower or using toilet also sitting area and a vanity in bedroom same as upstairs with a sitting area also...

「We stayed at Heliades Residence as a couple in June and had a wonderful time. The property is beautifully designed with a luxurious and modern interior, high-quality furnishings, and excellent amenities, including air conditioning. 「We’ve just returned after a great 5 night stay. The hotel is just off the main road, near to a bakery, supermarket and around 10/15 minutes walk to the beach. The bus stop for Chania is a 2 minute walk away and the busses come regularly. The pool area is sunny with plenty of sun loungers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We’d love to stay again. 」

「This was our favourite hotel on our European trip. Quirky and fun that the entrance is right in the middle of a restaurant, so you definitely have to follow directions to find it. The room is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Balcony opens right onto the harbour for the most incredible view. We shared the room with our two teen daughters and we had loads of space with two large bathrooms and bedrooms. Beautifully designed, clean and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.」

"優點：1.有付費停車場（12歐/晚）2.房間中等寬敞，2個29吋行李箱可打開。3.有陽台，但面對馬路，陽台上有桌椅。4.早餐蠻豐富的 5.距離舊城步行不遠缺點：床太軟停車場入口不明顯，很容易錯過。車鑰匙需給櫃檯，他們會視需要移車。可以跟櫃檯要舊城地圖。"

"I love this hotel and enjoyed my stay here so much! The location is perfect, just within 3 mins walking distance to the old Venetian harbour and nearby attractions. The room was modern designed and decorated. I especially loved the bathroom as the shower area was the spacious one I’ve ever seen. I must mention the FREE breakfast here, the restaurant offers a wide varieties of choices at the buffet bar, additionally, I could order other options from their a la carte menu. The food were all delectable!! I’m impressed by their staff member - Mira, i was truly impressed by her passion for work. All of the staff members here are amiable, polite and helpful. With this top-notch accommodation and service, it really value for money."
