「Unvergleichliche Lage im Nationalpark mit Zebras, Impalas und Giraffen auf dem Gelände. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, Personal ganz überwiegend sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war außergewohnlich gut und reichhaltig. High Tea und Spa (Massagen) sind sehr zu empfehlen. Aufpassen muss man allerdings bei der Schlussrechnung: Bei uns fanden sich einige Sachen, die wir so nicht gebucht hatten. Dies wurde allerdings nach entsprechender Reklamation berichtigt.」

「Really liked the people and the lodge. But the city or country rations the electricity--in a country that should be exporting hydroelectric power, meant that power was off for hours and wifi was sporadic. Sad.」

Staff was incredibly friendly, everywhere you walked you would be greeted with a “Hello” “Good Morning” “How did you sleep?” This place was just fantastic. I don’t want to leave! 「I truly loved this lodge that is located in the middle of the safari. Upon entering the lodge, I passed a herd of elephants in the middle of the road. There are signs around the lodge indicating the rhinos in the area, as well. The chalet, which was like a tiny house, was decorated beautifully. The staff was extremely helpful, and they assist you with booking excursions you can enjoy. Van drivers come to get you to take you to your excursions.」

「Excellent customer service especially in the dinning area」

「Too noise, especially in Saturday and Sunday nights,because of the night club. Some rooms have many mosquitos. Some of the staffs not helpful. My friend hurt his head by using the gangway inside the hotel due to the lack of safety cause by the hotel.」
