「Kind and friendly staff」

「Room toooooo small, especially toilet, WiFi toooooooo slow」

「員工很有禮，酒店整潔，但泳池就不適合游泳，因為太多樹葉，早餐食物種類不多但味道還不錯，晚上在酒店用餐，食物味道出乎意料之外好味。」

「This is a great hotel. Our river view room was spectacular. The staff were friendly. The overall surroundings are brilliant, well maintained, and we saw elephants having lunch in the neighbouring national park from a few feet away (through an electric fence!). It's well located to get into Livingstone and you really can't beat staying right on the banks of the Zambezi. The pool is nice, if slightly smaller than expected, and not heated. The service was sometimes slow. Food was good, not...

「Good overall but I couldn’t sleep deeply because AC is a bit too loud and the room has too many pilot or glowing lights eg, phone, A/C control panel, etc」

「Lovely staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Cleaners did knock on the door for service at 8am which was a tad too early for my liking. Gym was a little warm but otherwise ok.」

「Too noise, especially in Saturday and Sunday nights, because of the night club. Some rooms have many mosquitos. Some of the staffs not helpful. My friend hurt his head by using the gangway inside the hotel due to the lack of safety cause by the hotel.」

「Staff was friendly and the hospitality was a delight. Rooms were clean and close to the malls. Breakfast was good.」

「Cheerful helpful staff created a welcoming environment from arrival to departure. Clean well kept room and grounds. Close to all amenities. One of the best backpackers I have stayed in.」

「I realy do recommend staying here, the accommodation was beautiful, staff so freindly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. We saw so many wild animals in and around the river from our luxury tent. The sunset cruise from the hotel was excellent,」

「Its One if Best Services I have Ever Come Across」

「Spacious. quiet, relaxing. We slept so well, and the staff looked after us beautifully We even saw wild dogs within minutes of our first game drive.」

「Behind the unassuming security door was a beautifully landscaped and quiet oasis, much bigger and more comfortable than I anticipated and just across the street from a major grocery store and a few simple restaurants. Saying that; the wood-fired pizza at the hotel restaurant was superior in every regard. The pool was big, the staff was helpful, and the beer was cold.」

「The staff were great and helpful all the way through my stay! I want to thank them for making my stay so peaceful and good relaxing place to stay!」
