“We stayed here five nights with our family with three kids. During our stay, everything was made for us to have the most wonderful experience. The apartment is large and has all the amenities you want and the two bathrooms makes it really comfortable in terms of organization. The pool water is pleasantly warm and Charles will take real great care for you to have the best time. He even got us extra balls and rings for the kids to play with. You can even ask for a smooth cup of coffee that……

“This was a complete mess. To start, they forgot about our reservation and had to put us in a temporary room for two days. During this time, there was a blackout that no one thought to update us on. Honestly, that temporary room was the best part of the stay. Our official room had a roach infestation and, when I told the host, he had a fumigation company come and spray while our bags were in there (of course, this ended up with roaches running into one of our bags).
