“Een aanrader! Zeer tevreden!”

“It’s high quality accommodation in a beautiful garden in Diani. Rooms are very large, both bedroom and bathroom. Also a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Very handy, walkable, to the amazing beach. Short Tuk-Tuk ride to the supermarket and restaurants. The pool is dreamy, water sparkling clean and warm. Breakfast is a real treat, the evening meal (if ordered) a bit of a disappointment. We will be back.”

“Really, really lovely space. Although the Wi-Fi isn’t as strong in the rooms, it keeps dropping. But apart from that, everything is 5-star.”

“Resort is old but charming. The rooms were lovely, washrooms were a little tired but overall a lovely stay.”

“The staff at the hotel are amazing - so welcoming, friendly, kind, and helpful.”

“Bis zum Tag der Abreise war alles Bestens. Check out ist schon um 10 Uhr, ab da gilt auch das All Inclusive nicht mehr. Ausser Wasser muss man dann an dem Tag bis zum Flughafen Transfer alles sehr teuer bezahlen. So etwas haben wir vorher noch nie erlebt und wir reisen sehr viel in allen Teilen der Welt”

“So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend”

“Der Aufenthalt war wirklich schön und Angenehm. Leider was das Duschwasser kalt sogar mit beuler.”

“The apartment was ok except for water outages. However the apartment block ”

“Our stay at Swahili House was bittersweet. I agree with other reviews that mention the misleading pictures since there are several different houses for rent. There are three pools but you only get access to one ("your") pool. So forget about the others. The water in the pool was very warm. The pool's cleaning system was off now and then so we had to ask to turn it on. We stayed at Lofty Cottage for 5 nights. The house' Swahili style was very special. The furniture was unique and beautiful……

“The welcome was very friendly, it was spotless and the garden and boutique pool environment was absolutely gorgeous. The pool was well looked after and the staff were very helpful with local transport and bookings for experiences. There was a lovely warm friendly feeling about the place and the planting was luscious.”

“An absolutely perfect stay! The villa is magnificent, featuring a very relaxing garden and a superb pool. It is not far from the beach, and the house is very comfortable for relaxing. The host and staff are very helpful. We had an unforgettable holiday. Highly recommended!”

“Pool ist sauber und gepflegt!”

“Dessverre, men dette er knapt et to-stjerners hotell. Dårlig internett, veldig ubehagelige senger, møkkete og rotete i restaurant/frokostserveringen (hele tiden, alle tider til døgnet står det rester, gamle glass, søppel), de ansatte må få bedre opplæring. De aner ikke hva de driver med. Beliggenheten er OK, ikke på stranden, men like ved. ”

“This was a complete mess. To start, they forgot about our reservation and had to put us in a temporary room for two days. During this time, there was a blackout that no one thought to update us on. Honestly, that temporary room was the best part of the stay. Our official room had a roach infestation and, when I told the host, he had a fumigation company come and spray while our bags were in there (of course, this ended up with roaches running into one of our bags). After spending a full night……
