“Hotel was not good. When i reached to the reception area the manager only asking about that how much i paid . And when i said the amount he give me a basic room and said that in this price you get this basic room only but on website it showing totally different. We asked to replace them and they turned up with two other sheets that were as dirty.

“I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service.
1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable.
2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or……
