「First of all, entered the room and smelled a musty odor. Looked at the carpet and it was filthy. It was not vacuumed and there were bits of paper and grass fibers covering the full floor. Called the local manager and he had to bring his vacuum to clean the floor. Also noticed a large wet spot on the carpet. I think this is where the musty smell came from.
