And beyond all else is the attentive service from a friendly and helpful staff. And I mean round the clock top notch service. 「Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante. No dia seguinte nos cobraram a refeição (terrivel). 」

「Out of the city, infested with pegions, rooms are dated with old keys, floors squeak, NO HOT WATER! Maintenance told me that you have to keep the water running for 5-6 minutes before hot water will finally arrive. And I was being charged an arm and a leg for staying here! On the plus side, the pool and garden are quite beautiful and the place looks like an old palace from the outside.」

「This hotel is catered for the local community, the food and as not high quality, the amenities are lacking, the cleanliness is lacking, the gardens and green areas are not well taken care off, the high tea is laughable, pictures are very deceiving. Overall not what you would expect from a 5 Star hotel, my wife and I were very disappointed.」
