“Airconditioner was completely blocked with dust, rooms are extremely outdated and overpriced for what is offered. Small, blurry/low resolution TV and extremely slow wifi. Bed was uncomfortable. Blinds don't block light and lights outside on the ground shine towards the windows at nights. When I showed reception the state of the AC filter they had it cleaned and later the rest of the airconditioner itself. However, there was dust everywhere, behind and alongside the bed, behind the bedside……

“Room was average. Slightly dated. Fireplace was a great touch and couch area. Could use a deep clean but overall was good.”

“Beautiful views, hot tub and pool were lovely, beds were comfy. Spacious, close to stores on the mountain and short drive in to town. Staff were kind and courteous.”

“The location is excellent for hiking at Johnston Canyon. There is a shortcut path leading to the trail at the back of the house. The bungalow is very well kept. Kitchen appliances are with famous brand and very clean. The two bedrooms are a bit small but cozy. The sofa-bed in the living room is a bonus to us as we’re travelling with friends and need separate beds. Very quiet environment with fresh air. Will stay again if we visit Banff next time.”
