「The main areas of the property seem quite well maintained. However, when it comes to the rooms that seems to be a different story. We had a two bedroom unit and one bathroom in particular was not very clean. There was a bit of black mould in the corner, which is a big health concern. The toilet also hadn’t been cleaned properly! When I brought this to the attention of the front staff, they apologize but did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Very disappointing. I had even showed them...

「Love having a fridge with a freezer compartment as we had ice-packs we needed to refreeze. Got the Hot Springs tickets from them which saved us the cost of hiring a towel at the Hot Springs. For the price the amenities supplied was better than fancier hotels, shampoo plus conditioner, tea bags etc. I think small operator are so much better in terms of value. 「Pictures were obviously very old as the property was somewhat worn looking. A very old property with not much love. Office was closed till 3.00pm for check in and in the morning you put your keys in the door slot. We stayed two nights and our room was not made up in between.
