Got there no staff we could talk to just an envelope at the desk with our name. Did a walk through the room and say that it was well below our standards. Tried to cancel immediately but nobody at Expedia would help I phoned Expedia followed the phone instructions and got hung up on several times ...

Cozy alpine retreat minutes from the ski hill and golf course
Everything was exactly as advertised. An easy five minute walk to the ski hill, a great basement suite, bright, lots of room and a well appointed kitchen. The hot tub was a great way to wind down after a day on the hill.
