"The hotel is old and worn but the staff are very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning was adequate but our travel fans were a help. The beds afforded us a good night’s sleep. The elevator works well but is a tight fit for two people. The breakfast was traditional, fresh and very good (bread, cheese, vegetables and tea - some instant coffee). Did not like the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway of our rooms but thankfully it was not in our rooms. Overall, a very pleasant stay."
