Villa 2 has 3 bedrooms and one fitness room with a sleep couch giving space to max 8 persons. Upstairs on the spacious rooftop you can enjoy wonderful sunsets in your private Jacuzzi.
Tigaki Village is located very favorable between the centre of Kos town and the airport and you can reach it easily with public transportation (Bus,Taxi etc).
The area around the Villa is very calm and quiet.
You can reach plenty of bars, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants by feet which are located in Tigaki and Zipari.
The beach is located 700m from the Villa and you can also reach it by feet.

Amazing, just heaven.
Arrived and was greeted by Nikos, the property manager. He was very helpful and was full of information about the island and local area. He showed us around the villa, then advised us he was on the end of the phone any time 24hrs a day. The villa was really clean and all the amenities worked really well. The pool was cleaned and checked daily, and hot tub serviced every few days. It’s in a great location, just off to the left at top of the road into Tigaki. And is placed centrally on the island to explore all of it easily. We had an amazing stay and this was all thanks to Nikos, with his advice on all the lovely restaurants to eat in. Places we wouldn’t have found without his help. If you do get a problem he sorts it straight away. Absolutely brilliant man. If you are looking at this place, don’t hesitate just book it.

The best villa experience we have ever had
This has been our best villa experience ever, we regularly book villa holidays and can honestly say this was our favourite.
NIKOS what a guy... He looks after you on daily basis keeping in contact with you to provide and extras you need. Shopping, taxis, anything... Hes your man.. The villa was truly exceptional so if your thinking of a trip to kos.. Check this one out first

Schöne Villa mit kleinen Mängeln
Das modern-kühle Haus hat uns gefallen, deshalb haben wir es angemietet. Der Pool hat die perfekte Größe und auf der Dachterrasse kann man beim Abendessen herrlich den Sonnenuntergang genießen und Grillen und einen Kuckuck hören. Schlafzimmer im Keller sind bei der Hitze angenehm, man kann dort die Klimaanlage aus lassen. Der Wohn-Ess-Bereich hat ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten aber das Licht versprüht den Charme eines Waschsalons. Deshalb saßen wir abends meist oben. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist minimal, auch fehlten Besen, Handfeger und Müllschippe.Aber der gute Nikos, zuständig als Hausmeister, kümmerte sich rührend um uns. Wenn der Strom ausfiel, was häufiger vorkam, war er sofort zur Stelle. Danke Nikos auch für Tipps die Insel betreffend. Ein Carport wäre hilfreich, bei zeitweilig 49Grad im Auto. Insgesamt war es sehr erholsam und wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt.
