I want to say goodbye to Stavaroula and Irene at reseption. I think hotel is better with them. Thank you for their understanding and smiling faces..I advice management to keep them in hotel for a long time..I have a reason to come here again, good bye good hearted people...

Fairly old hotel with way too many guest rooms in comparison to available facilities. Long waiting time for the dining during rush hours. Common areas were too warm due to limited air conditioning options. Staff very kind and friendly. Attended to our needs very quickly. Hotel is very close to a beautiful beach with reasonable prices and good selection of food and drinks. A nice 45 minutes stroll to the town centre through a nice promenade.

The hotel is very clean and in a good location 15 minute walk from town centre Staff go out of their way to try and help. The rooms are very basic, furniture a bit run down. Everythingis charged including water bottle. No tea or coffee facilities in roomood is ok. Bar is good. Pool is small and crowded but clean Pebble beach is just across the road and decent eating places

We booked this hotel because it was Pet friendly, but we were told at the front desk that they didn’t accept Pet! We were able to stay. The restaurant food was not very good. We ate in town. The pool was great!

The hotel asked me for a copy of the hotel voucher so they could bill Expedia. They said that their contract with Expedia requires this. This was the first time this has ever happened nor was I warned by Expedia that this would be necessary at this property. I am not a party to the Continental Palace's contract with Expedia; I have no obligations under it. Nevertheless, I took the time to provide them with a copy of the voucher so they could get paid by Expedia. I wish I had not booked it through Expedia, and I wish I had not used up my Expedia points to pay for it.

l'hotel si trova a 15 minuti a piedi (lungo la bella marina) dal centro di Kos. davanti c'e' una bella spiaggia, e a pochi passi tutti i comforts (noleggio auto/scooters/bici, agenzie-viaggi, supermarkets, ristorantini...). Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, bella piscina con angolo-idromassaggio e bar-ristorante all'aperto per pranzi, snacks e aperitivi. Colazione abbondante e molto varia. belle camere luminose e spaziose.

Otel 4 yıldız standardına uygun. Şehrin hemen kenarında. Bu kolay ulaşımın yanında, merkezin kalabalık ve gürültüsünden uzak kalmayı da sağlıyor. Hemen yolun karşısında plaj olması büyük bir avantaj. Odamız temiz, büyük ve iyi donanımlıydı. Deniz manzaralı büyük bir balkon konaklamanın sürpriziydi. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Yatağın eski ve çok gürültülü olması tek olumsuzluktu.

Great hotel!

Really lovely hotel with great staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Wi-fi was poor with it only being available in reception. Air-con was fantastic in the room and much needed. Location was amazing with easy to get taxi's from reception. The dinner was questionable but the breakfast has a good selection each day; the waffles were divine.

Great staff, handy location. Hotel is a little dated but kept extremely clean. Extra charges for a key to room safe, extra charges to use the mini bar fridge for personal use. Internet is poor and only available in the lobby. Overall, good value for the money.
