The staff in the main restaurant, Twist and Italian taverna were excellent, specifically Oksana in the main restaurant and Bill at Twist. The look and feel is nice with a lot of space. Christos the lifeguard is amazing. We had a minor emergency and he was very attentive throughout the entire stay making sure all was ok. He needs help as he is one person managing all four pools. Now for the not so good, upon entering our room the shower and bath floor were wet and there was a lot of hair like someone had just used it. Although we were told we had a nice room it happened to be the spot where all dirty linens from the rooms in the 700 block were placed. This was not a one off while cleaning, dirty linens were outside our room 24/7 along with the occasional mop and bucket. I felt every correspondence via email either directly or via Expedia came back with a no or not possible response even though the sign off was we are at your disposal. It was extremely disappointing and contradicted every other experience in Greece.

The friendly hotel staff and relatively uncluttered area made for a pleasant stay. Free loungers were always available at the adults-only pool and beach so we never had to rush or reserve them. The beachfront sea was shallow but rocky with sharp-edged mussels so we recommend wearing sea shoes. The hotel’s design was very appealing and our suite offered a stunning view of the evening sky and sea. An entertainment program was always on and every evening a child disco followed by something for adults. This meant some noise until around ten and some crowing hogs added to the racket but it didn’t disturb our sleep much. During the day it was relaxing to be at the sea or the adults-only pool. The food was good though some dishes were better than others. Every second evening there was a food theme like Greek, Asian or Mexican adding to the variety. We highly recommend the VIP breakfast for a more relaxed atmosphere. The all-inclusive option covered everything we needed but we did book a late checkout which cost an extra 100 Euros. Getting to the city was easy. We could bike, e-roller or even walk. An e-roller ride to the city cost around 6 Euros one way. For a visit to Zia we used a pre-booked shuttle bus. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Pelagos Beach Suites and would like to thank the entire Pelagos team for their hospitality.

Suite room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. Shared swim up pool was really nice but v cold this time of year as expected and there is a road between room and sea, although not too busy at night. Nice to have beach access with sun beds also.
