“Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi……

“Very nice relaxed vibes from this hotel group and the staff are always looking to make the stay a little special Would recommend the hotel to my friends because although fully booked the resort didn’t feel overcrowded There’s a private beach to catch the daily sunsets after a nice meal at the restaurant The breakfast spread indeed is nicely varied and the highlight meal of the day Best to hire a car to get access to the other local areas and it’s only a 10 min drive to the airport so you……

“I travelled with my girl friend and we spent 6 amazing days at the Koia. One of the highlights was the staff - very good service and super kind & friendly. I rarely say this, but this is a case where our expectations were truly surpassed. This is an amazingly beautiful & relaxed hotel, the food is delicious and we enjoyed very nice live music. Do make sure you book one of the rooms with a pool. Staying at the Koia is not about the beach or activities at the hotel, it is all about relaxing and……
