Enjoy the elegance of a modern era while staying close to the historical Neratzia Castle near the old town of Kos.
Beautifully decorated, fully renovated , luxury furniture, and a stunningly unique peaceful terrace.
At the historical location of Kos. According to Greek mythology, Kos is the sacred land of Asclepius, the god of healing. Archaeological findings prove that the history of Kos starts from the prehistoric times.
The space
This modern, sun-drenched apartment offers a tranquil residential vibe alongside quick, easy access to the downtown areas. Admire the crisp, contemporary decor and take in the peaceful surroundings. Τhe apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a beautiful balcony. The most of the materials are new and selected one by one to offer you an excellent stay and an unforgettable experience.
My residence is located 60 meters from the beach, 500 meters from the city center and 600 meters from the historical Plane Tree of Hippocrates. This means that all attractions are within walking distance. Parking is easy to find near the apartment, on the road free of charge. The supermarket is 150 meters away and there is a pharmacy right next to it. Countless restaurants and bars, your choices are truly endless, shops and the local market, everything is right at your feet.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets. and a welcome gift will be waiting for you. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned and there is 24/7 hot water.

As very centrally located, there is a plethora of cafes, bars and restaurants
