“WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. ”

My room was quite noisy (Room 104) and the service at the outside lounges was not attentive. Otherwise a wonderful stay. I would stay again despite these issues.”

“Twice in a row - 2 male staff members opened my room whilst I was in the room, despite the fact that I had locked it from the inside. This is a security breach for single female travellers!
