「Very bad experience, hotel looks OK, but first due to a problem with their music system, and second due to a problem with a party of teenagers, with fire alarm included made impossible to sleep. The personnel was very kind but lack of knowledge to resolve problems. And final shot, I put a claim an no any answer from customer department. I don´t think i would repeat. 」

Je souhaiterais ajouter que grâce au personnel, mon mari et moi avons pu y passer la nuit car j'avais réservé sur hôtel.com, j'ai reçu par mail la réservation mais celle ci a été annulée sans qu'on me prévienne. Donc j'étais déçue du site hôtel.com. Par contre l'hôtel, je le recommande vivement!!!」
