“Our family of five adults had a wonderful 5 night stay in Shinjuku! The home was spacious and set in a very quiet neighborhood, which made it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed—including a coffee maker, coffee and toaster, which were such a treat to find in Japan. “The location was perfect. We were about three minutes from the local subway station and were able to connect easily to get around Tokyo to all of our desired locations. The Japanese BBQ restaurant immediately around the corner was fantastic. Service and food were amazing there as well. The management was very responsive and provided for all of our basic needs. It was nice not to have to worry about shampoo and soap when we arrived, and there were even umbrellas for the rainy days. Communication……

“Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a group of 5 people and the place was very comfortable for us, with extra space that we ended up using. It was an extremely convenient location within close walking distance of two different train stations, convenience stores, and other shops and food places. The air conditioning was so welcome in the August heat. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The place was next to the train tracks but we barely heard the trains, especially with the soundproof……

“Staff was very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage early before check in as we were already in Tokyo, we really appreciated our stay here as it had lots of room to spread out and was clean.”
