They only deal with the customers through WhatsApp or other means of digital communication. But once you accept this fact then you will understand how they operate. “It is a good choice for me to stay at this apartment. I only made an enquiry about the cleaning schedule. The one stayed at Berlin did have a cleaning twice per week. Unfortunately, the response was fast but I am not expected there would be no cleaning as I stayed at this apartment for slightly more than 1 week. "When pick up room key at the check in counter, the male agent just hands over room keys w/o offering any hotel information. When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it. But in the end, no one never comes to my room！"
