1. 房間很小,沒有書桌,浴室出水口有大把的頭髮及污物堵住出口,房間沒有人清潔,沒有水喝。 2. 當地人評比是1星級,但agoda評為三星級。 3. 住第一天晚上聽到高速公路車子聲音,一晚沒有睡。

Dirty, hairs, unfriendly, wrong room
We knew this hotel would be basic - it was only intended to be an overnight stay by the airport - but we didn’t expect it to be actually bad. The bed and the towel both had brown stains on them, there were long hairs in the shower, and we were not given the room we requested (we asked for twin and were given double). The reception staff were quite unfriendly and overall the hotel felt very unwelcoming. A shame to leave such a negative review but this really was a bad experience.

The hotel is not well maintained and provided a quite bad service over the counter. Firstly, the bed sheet cover and toilet are not clean. Broken TV and safety box. The room was small enough just for one pax. The sound proof for room was quite poor.

Checked in at 10.30 p.m. after a very long hours of journey, received a room key card which is unworkable. Informed the reception, and was told to wait. After waiting for around 20 minutes, and out of our expectation, the staff brought her power key card and open the door for us, then asked us to stay in the room because the access card takes a few hours to be activated. The washroom is unclean. Cobweb was on top of basin, toilet bowl has yellowish stain, the floor has black stain and hair at corners. The bed is dusty and the wall has stain. It is not worth paying for such room and service
