The room was not as expected. I read great reviews but sadly, we were unlucky. The room was so dusty, not clean. The deluxe king seems like a deluxe queen. Our room electricty keeps tripping. For a deluxe king, the room is small, i think we were given the wrong room coz we requested differently. The only great thing about it is it is walking distance to Imago.

Never come back again

Poor Wi-Fi connection.. ask assistance from reception and they respond: it always like this.. If you need Wi-Fi, do not recommend to stay here.. The room and the furniture is a bit old.. The only advantage is the great location which next to shopping mall...

Location is super which is right next to IMAGO shopping mall. The hotel is simple and fairly clean. Good value for money. But if your standard is high, I would not recommend it to you.

Convenient place to stay that is it.

There was a fire broke out in the hotel on my second night. No fire alarm. The fire bridgae came very late. The post-fire arrangement is very bad. No immediate arrangement of accomdation for us. No compensation done. I will be very hesitate to come back to the hotel in the near future unless improvement is made.

Horrible

Rooms nothing like pictures shown on the website. Completely run down and old. Towels worn and dirty, with an air conditioning system that wouldn't shut off. Other hotels in the same area for the same or less price in better condition.

I've been to this hotel several times. I liked the interior and the fact that it was located next to Imago. Staff was not friendly and served with a smirk. Perhaps it was because we were locals. Their shower was not working properly and no matter how long we tried to find a sweet spot, it came out scalding hot. I ended up not showering. We checked out and informed nicely that the shower seems to have an issue and the reception shouted to another staff regarding the issue. I no longer want to revisit the establishment.
