“This is a nice traditional hotel, situated right next to JR station. The staff are nice and friendly, and there is a large carpark in the basement. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel and there is a 24 hrs store on the connecting bridge to the station.

“Breakfast not friendly to people with allergies like milk allergy. No bottle water provided”

“The location is convenient to Hakata Station. The lobby is impressive, with lovely books and interior design, and the music is tasteful. The staff are helpful. Unfortunately, the room we booked was 行政雙床房, 非吸煙房 (Episode 1, with Club Lounge Access). It is spacious, but it's on the second floor and faces the back of the building, so it gets no sunlight and remains very dark even during the day. The toilet is very small, and the shower curtain smells unpleasant.”
