「Recently renovated rooms, pool and bar areas, all done to a high standard. The staff really make this place somewhere you want to come back. Such a friendly place with a relaxed vibe during the day and sociable bar at night. Loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep, although the food and drinks served in the bar are lovely and great value for money. Like everywhere in Koutouloufari there are a lot of stairs so maybe no good if you have a pushchair or limited mobility. Can't wait to go...

「Wir sind schon viele Jahre in Sissi und probieren immer mal wieder eine neue Unterkunft aus, dieses Mal Koutrakis Suites. Eines vorweg: Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und würden es immer wieder buchen. Unsere Suite war ebenerdig zugänglich und verfügte über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Das Bad war großzügig geschnitten, ein besserer Fön und eine Beleuchtung am Spuegel wären verbessernd. Das Doppelbett war bequem und es gab ausreichend Platz für unsere Kleidung...

「We enjoyed our stay at Village Heights Resort. The staff were amazing and looked after us well. The food was great, with plenty of choice to choose from, including the variety of restaurants they have. Rooms were of good size and were cleaned daily. Only downside was the bathrooms could be modernised. Good views of the sea. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to the centre of Hersonissos was very helpful. The hotel also had lots of entertainment on offer, particularly the Cretan Night, where...

「The lockbox by the room door was difficult to negotiate and there was no receptionist or person at all at the hotel. Hotel was downtown and easy to get everywhere. Snacks and coffee available all day. Overall a nice stay.」

「Excellent hotel! We had stayed at another one of their properties a few weeks prior. The hotel staff communication and help is out standing! They booked us a taxi to get to the airport. We stayed on the 3rd floor, would request a lower floor next time….so many stairs 😳. Would highly recommend this property!」
