「We arrived to the hotel at 6am and the manager Akhil let us have a beautiful room until ours was ready. So we were able to rest so very comfortably.
The room we booked was so clean and organized, and the location is so perfect, right on the beach.
The breakfast was also great!
Thank you Akhil for your kindness… we will be back after our Ayurvedic treatments!

「Location is really great. We had friends trip. It was more relaxing as there’s nothing much around to do. We had family suite, which was great. Breakfast was Ok. Could have added more variety. But otherwise resort is great, huge property, right on the beach.Rooms were very clean, had all needed aminities. All the restaurants on the property had delicious food. We loved our stay.」

「Had a wonderful 1 night stay in gokulam grand in kovalam. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Service was fantastic. Our room was very clean and well maintained.
My only criticism is that the activity room could be maintained better. Only the table tennis, foosball and pool table were somewhat usable. The tv didn't work, no proper board games and AC didnt work either. 」

「Great, pleasant and helpful staff. Room (superior) was very good, clean, everything worked. I particularly appreciated the room being mosquito proof, meaning all mesh over ventilation openings were perfectly secure. Restaurant staff were particulary thoughtful and helpful. All in all, a very pleasant stay at The Jasmine Palace.」
