My Take on KG Garden Resthouse

5 room in each apartment with basic amenities and if just to sleep after a trip, then it is all right. Water dispenser and paper cups provided to share. One room air ventilation was noisy and not much space within the room for 3 persons or more luggages. Centre of activities within walking distance and also star ferry terminal and mtr nearby. Food and shopping around the areas not a problem.

The reservation on 3/F but the room on 10/F reasonable price. Safety Door Lock. The Mirador Mansion is convenience located near by MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station, you can use many Exit such as A1, A2, D1, D2 and also the MTR EAST Tsim Sha Tsui Station.

Good stay

We book a room for 4 people but requested if 5 people can stay, they gave us a room with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. To my surprise the room was spacious and comfortable enough for us. They change our towels everyday. They have free toiletries as well but not enough for our 4 night stay. Water and fast internet is available in the flat. Overall it was a good stay, though i think the room we stayed in wasn't KG garden guesthouse, the flat's name is Vincent Hill guesthouse (maybe same owner), regardless of that, i would recommend it to my friends.

Right in the middle of Kowloon, it was surprisingly quiet amongst the loud city. A perfect place to stay and good value.

Overall still good if u have budget constraint

Hotel very small, location very good, check in and check out very easy and fast. Lift actually not really very crowded, they actually got few lift for residents. The owner of the hotel have fews hotel in the building, we book for kg guest hotel but look like we check in the lily guest hotel, our hotel is one unit divided to 5 rooms. Room not as shown in the photo. Towel change everyday. No washing machine and drying machine inside the hotel. Drinking water need to keep it in the room. One day we wake up late, no more drinking water, need to wait for refill. Very small refrigerator inside the hotel not inside the room, share with other guest. Overall still a good place to stay as the price really very cheap. If you have more budget then can go for better one.
