One of the top hotels in town. It takes some time to go anywhere, because it’s high levels take time to get up and down and the build is at the far side of the whole complex which actually gives the quietness of the staying.

The hotel offers an exceptional experience in every way. The staff are incredibly attentive and always ready to take care of every detail, ensuring that guests feel fully supported and comfortable throughout their stay. The restaurant and bar serve outstanding cuisine and drinks, making every meal a delight. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My flight arrived early at 5:00 a.m., and they kindly prepared my room for check-in at such an early hour. What surprised me even more was finding fresh bakery items and juice waiting in the room when I opened the door. After a 20-hour flight, it was a truly thoughtful and joyful welcome.

Great view from the room, Location is perfect and the view is hard to beat. Staff is friendly and provides great service. However, when checking in I was offered late checkout (4 pm) as my flight out of HK was in the evening. On the day I was leaving I was contacted by the front desk post noon and asked to send my luggage to the front desk for checkout as I was told they needed the room for another guest. After some back and forth discussion I was allowed to have late checkout anyways, as agreed when checking in. This situation was very awkward and made me feel uncomfortable.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If you can afford it a corner suite will give you some incredible city views. The food in the club lounge is actually too good as it puts you off going out and trying the local fare. Highly recommended.
