Quality choice for a relaxing stay

Great location, terrific room, quality pool, fine breakfast and lunch buffet. For those who like taking walks, the area north of the hotel is worth exploring.

Very nice hotel

Good luxury hotel in central Kozhikode

The personel was super helpful and service minded. Very nice room with good bed and excellent shower. Restaurant is ok but not great. Pool and bar area is good.

Good rooms, poor service.

Checked in with friends and booked 2 rooms. Asked them in advance about extra beds and twin beds in rooms but had to wait to get the rooms ready though we checked in late. Service was terrible though rooms are large and good. Had to make few calls to bring in towels etc. Booked with breakfast paid and then they gave us bill for breakfast and then had to show from my booking to clarify with them. The sad thing is even after knowing that their guest was not happy, no one seems to bother to say sorry!!! That made me write this.
