不能入住
一家三口來渡假，地點完全不近市區，房間不乾淨，第二天叫員工換床單，最後那天才換，早餐恐佈到好像是給蒼蠅吃，這個價錢訂這間酒店，完全騙人。住4晚，員工是多過顧客，不超過五個顧客，實在太差了，未遇過那麼差的。

Our hotel is advertised as secluded jungle location. However, we provide free hourly shuttle bus to resort for free of charge. Because we are in tropical rainforest country, so insects or flies cannot be expected as zero here. Moreover, we are in jungle location. The issue cannot be controlled. Please be informed that this hotel has only 25 rooms only. So, we allocate our staff to service our guests effectively here.

Very nice. It is not near the Ao Nang beach but the hotel provide shuttle every hour. Or you can rent the motorcycle 200baht per day. The room is big and clean. Bathroom is awesome with tube and like Bali style.

到奥南海滩要走半个多小时，位置一般，好在每小时有班车接送，很方便。环境跟房间完全对得起它的房价，预定的最便宜的villa，只是距离泳池远一些而已，原本也不爱入住在公众环境视野里的房间，非常满意。一出villa就是大片的树林，远处的悬崖还有云笼罩着，环境是真的好，湿度比较大。服务员态度不错，所望到的服务员都是微笑示人。早餐选择比较多，沙拉好评。

总体感觉不错，推荐
这次是全家老小一起出游。由于是临时定的酒店房间，所以价格有点高。酒店位置在山里，所以晚间很安静。去海滩需要乘坐酒店的免费TUTU班车。每小时一班，还比较方便。在当地参加的一日游，也都会从酒店接送。早餐虽然不是很丰盛，但是也足够了。有萨拉，水果，西式早餐和泰餐。房间很大，也很干净。就是有小孩的话，一定要自备蚊香，蚊子见到小鲜肉可是不会放过的。

非常高的性价比，适合家庭渡假。 客房设施都还可以，不算奢侈但足够舒适，庭院和泳池虽然不大但精致。早餐比较简单粗糙，正餐价格适中，泳池边的烛光晚餐有点小情调。周围可就餐的选择很少，但酒店对面的啤酒花园还不错。当地餐馆几乎没有在上午10点前开始营业的，所以早餐只有两个选择，要么订酒店的早餐，要么步行约500米去街口的 Seven-Eleven 自己买食物和饮料。酒店提供往返海滩的免费通勤车，几分钟就能到繁华的奥南海滩，非常方便。所以正餐可以搭车去海滩找餐馆。前台的英语水平还可以，沟通基本没问题，交代的事情基本上都能搬到，服务态度都没的说。

We stayed at this resort 7 years ago and loved it. The pics you see on the website are old ones and now are very misleading. If we could have rates <1 we would have. Extremely run down. No restaurant, not even a pop cooler. A total of 6 broken lounge chairs for pool. Exposed wiring all around pool. No hand rails on main steps. Uneven concrete surfaces everywhere. Landscaping has been abandoned, long grass and neglected. Rooms are horrible. Old, tired old towels thin, ripped. Bed is frightful. Bath smells of sewer gas. Lobby looks abandoned and not welcoming. This is the absolute worse hotel we have stayed in in all our world travels....even worse than 3rd world nation standards. Finally on last morning we go to shower, no water and they could not fix before we had to depart. No shower, no toilet...We paid 155 cad per night and this should have been 50 or less per night. Don't ignore this review, and yes we are picky, but being honest. Book elsewhere...not here.

We are not new hotel. It has been built for 13 years till now. We are in the jungle with many kinds of animals and species of trees. So, you are not familiar with the smell in countryside. For stained on bed sheet, we will check and make it clean accordingly.. After covid, we do not have restaurant anymore. No breakfast but we provide free daily easy morning meal for your day as coffee, tea, Ovaltine, drinking water, bread, butter, jam and some cookies during your stay. After covid, there is no restaurant onsite anymore but the guests can order outside food delivery restaurant through App as Food Panda, Grab, and 7Eleven or take some food and beverages from outside into the resort without additional charge. The nearest restaurant is only 300 meters away from the resort.

According to your reservation, no breakfast included but we provide free daily easy morning meal for your day as coffee, tea, Ovaltine, drinking water, bread, butter, jam and some cookies during your stay. After covid, there is no restaurant onsite anymore but the guests can order outside food delivery restaurant through App as Food Panda, Grab, and 7Eleven or take some food and beverages from outside into the resort without additional charge. The nearest restaurant is only 300 meters away from the resort. For wifi, we are in the jungle. So, wifi signal is not stable as normal since the resort is behind the biggest mountain in Aonang.

I wouldn’t choose to stay here, unfortunately my friend and I ended up having to check into another hotel due to the smell and mosquitoes in the room. Also the restaurant, bar etc was closed.

Thank you for your review. As checking with our staff. You didn't inform us about smell and also mosquitoes in room upon arrival. However, please give me a space to clarify each point. Really sorry to make your stay not comfortable one due to the numbers of mosquitoes. If we can do, we will do whatsoever to make zero mosquitoes at our property. It, however, hard to do that as we are in Tropical Rain Forest country and our Resort are surrounded with many species of trees and flowers. We actually do insect fumigation twice a month and in many more ways to assist oour guests' stay to be the best one. Many options are also offered free of charge to our guests to lessen the mosquitoes. Should you feel this became a problem, please do not hesitate to contact our Front office staff. They will be right there 24 hours to assist and make you a nice stay. In regard to smell in room, please inform us suddenly and we will straight to your room not more than 5 minute to fix it. (FYI: our technician went to your room after you checked out but they found it had no bad smell. However, this can be happened that a smell comes and goes so quickly. Our technician already listed it to his worksheet and he will follow up a matter)

Belle vue sur les rochers de Railay! Bon hôtel!
Nous y avons passé 3 nuits en famille. L’hôtel est un petit peu vieillissant mais conserve à la fois son charme et reste très propre. Les chambres et la literie sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Les vrais point forts de l’hôtel sont un très beau jardin, une piscine et surtout cette très belle vue sur les rochers. Nous avons fait de superbes photos. Le service est très attentionné. Ils nous avaient préparé un repas en bord de piscine pour notre anniversaire de mariage, un excellent moment merci. Ils proposent toutes les activités à faire dans la région et à un prix très compétitif. Nous avions une voiture mais l’emplacement est parfait, à l’écart de Aonang Beach qui est surpeuplé et bruyant mais avec les meilleurs restaurants du coin juste à côté. Nous avons pu facilement découvrir la région de Krabi et nous relaxer à l’hôtel en revenant.

Excellent stay for two nights, massive bathroom and helpful staff. An easy Tuk Tuk ride back from the Beach to our quiet location looked over by the local Cliffs. Swimming pool was nice with a pleasant dinner and breakfasts. Staff helpful in booking the Ferry and a useful free regular transport into town.
