“We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful hotel in Krakow with our family on March 15. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-organized. The staff was professional, friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the quality of the amenities. Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again!”

“Lovely clean modern room, with a nice big comfortable bed a cracking shower breakfast was 5***** and only a 10min walk from the airport ”

“The staff member at the front desk failed to tell us that key cards are needed to use the room lights. The phone in the room wasn’t working so we had to walk to the front desk for these instructions. Wifi pass code was incorrect on the room card holder but staff member also forgot to mention that.. so had to walk back to front desk for this. ”

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr mager, so stehen die Töpfe einfach offen unterhalb des Herdes Rum, alles voller Spinnen und Co., Weingläser hängen offen rum, sind dreckig, unter der mehr als kkkaputten C”

“Located next to the Krakow airport and the motorway. Pretty worn-out and simple standard. Cheap, but so are also other hotels in Poland with way better standards.”

“It was clean, but very worn. Staff was ok. No TV in the room. Very far from Krakow, in the middle of nowhere. Overall not very pleasent.”

“Just used as an early flight from Krakow airport. Room was fine, comfortable. Didn't use breakfast facility. I'd be more inclined to use a central Krakow hotel and get an Uber to the airport in future to maximise the great experience in the city.6”
