Perfect place in the middle of the lovely old Jewish district. Perfect bars and a variety of restaurants around this place. Within 10 minutes walking from the center of Krakow. Or take the tram, bus or taxi. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable . Krakow is a very beautiful place to visit!!!❤️

I would like to mention here amazing reception staff. They are so helpful and attentive. We booked room just for two days with bfast which was great as well. Location is quite close to main historical points. As well there are restaurants, bars and grocery shops and Sometimes during night you can hear loud youngsters on the street but we didn’t mind. Overall very cozy old part of the 3 star hotel and amazing staff.

My single room with two twin beds was surprisingly roomy! That area has a night life but it's quieter than other parts of the old town ( stare miasto). Breakfast was a little skimpy but there are many amazing cafes and restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend it!

There were parties on Friday and Saturday nights, it was quieter at festivals. So if you want to sleep in a discothek in an uncomfortable little bed, this hotel is the perfect place for you. Here, no one cares about the guests and their well-being. On top of that, no one refilled our shampoo and toilet paper. This hotel was a terrible experience, NEVER AGAIN!

Buen hotel

El hotel esta muy bien de ubicación esta muy bien, cerca del centro. El desayuno esta muy completo. Como unica pega la habitación el primer dia olia a tabaco.

Lyhört och obekväma sängar. Vi bodde i annexet så varje gång ytterdörren stängdes vaknade man. God frukost, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra läge. Ok rum med god AC. Men dålig sömn pga sängar och oväsen.

Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht zu schon - alte Hauser ohne Reconstruction, full von "graffiti". Aber die Hotel -services war sehr gut, das Zimmer war gross, bequem und das Fruhstuck herforragend. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Hotellet låg ganska nära centrum och närhet till det mesta. Frukosten var bra, med mycket att välja mellan. Jättegott kaffe. Dock hamnade vi i annexet, en byggnad bredvid hotellet. Fick två enkel sängar i ett litet rum. Men det var rent och tillgång till kylskåp och vattenkokare.

Muito espaçoso

O quarto era GIGANTESCO. Acredito que por questão de disponibilidade, como pedimos um quarto de casal, nos deram 1 cama de casal + 2 solteiro. Mesmo com tantas camas, ele tinha muito espaço de sobra pra circulação, um ótimo armário e mesa. Ficamos até mal acostumados e foi difícil nos adaptar com os próximos hotéis, todos em tamanhos bem menores. O quarto é confortável, mas algo de errado com o aquecedor acontecia durante a noite, que parecia funcionar bem menos que durante o dia. Era palpável como saía menos calor do termostato nesse período. . O café da manhã é em um salão enorme, que creio que se torna um restaurante à noite. Bem limpo e arrumado, mas achamos a disposição das coisas um pouco confusas, pois tinha mesa com alimentos e utensílios espalhadas por todo o local. Tínhamos que ficar procurando, o que não é nada prático. O banheiro é ok, mas não tem suporte pra sabonete e itens de cabelo, o que torna tudo mais custoso durante o banho. Embora Cracóvia seja a cidade mais civilizada e silenciosa onde já estive, o isolamento acústico é excelente, pois o quarto era de frente para a rua e não ouvíamos nada. O hotel fica em ótimo local, podendo ir pro centrinho de restaurantes e acessar transporte com alguns quarteirões. Tudo à pé.

Bis auf die Matratzen, war alles top.

Hatten leider Fenster im Parterre, unter den Fenster standen oft die Raucher und es stank im Zimmer. Matratzen entsetzlich hart, hatte in der Früh Schmerzen an der Hüfte. Zimmer ansonsten o.k. geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück war mega, eine Wahnsinnsauswahl und alles top und sehr lecker, wurde immer aufgefüllt. Lage war auch super, mitten im Ausgehviertel.
