The location was good, walking distance to old town, Triple room was old, not fresh but spacious and enough equipped. However i would never stay there again and i regret that i ignored the comments about noises. The noise coming from the busy street outside of the hotel is unbearable. Maybe they should consider an insulation. Each time a tram passes in building it feels like there is an earthquake. We couldn't sleep even a bit. The reception being in another hotel few mins away wasn't very practical however staff was helpful during check in.

Perfect for the 2 nights in Krakow with friends

Nice and spacious room to stay with friends. Very comfy single beds. Nice shower and friendly staff. Possible to leave the bags in the reception to enjoy the day and take them closer to the flight/bus

Fine stay and close to all the places I wanted to visit. Only issue was minor that reception desk was closed recently and I had to go to another property to check in. But all turned out fine.

This is a lovely hotel situated in the centre of Krakow. The staff are lovely and will do anything for there guests. Me and my sister (being British) wanted many tea bags for cups of tea and the staff always provided extra when asked and it was no trouble :) Air con was brilliant (again as a British person it gets hot easily) comfy beds quiet in the hotel. Only downside there was only one pillow and my room was next to the tram lines but once asleep you couldn’t really notice them:) Overall great hotel will return if I return to Poland :)

Air conditioning was at 28 degrees in the room and was disgusting. We called about turning it down but no one with good enough english wishing to help us. Getting into the hotel was difficult and the shop next door said there are issues all of the time. Very noisy when we had to leave windows open to try and sleep. Shower head was broken.

Posizione spettacolare, con le finestre aperte si sente forse troppo il rumore dei tram. Non ha la reception e il check in va fatto in una struttura a pochi metri di distanza. Consigliato

Bra läge på hotellet. Men servicen och städningen var oexisterande. Bad om städning men de bäddadeee endast sängen. Efter ett par dagar bad jagg om ya handdukar och städning, men fick ingen. Oacceptabelt att inte få städat på över en veckas vistelse. Kan ej rekommendera detta sk. Hotell

Дуже сподобалось. Трішки не вистачало мініхолодильника чи мінібара, але не критично.Проїзд трамваїв під вікнами не відволікав, навіть забовляв. При нагоді повернусь знову.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, allerdings wären ein Safe oder eine Minibar praktisch gewesen. Die Lage ist super, da sowohl das Jüdische Viertel Kazimierz, als auch die Altstadt fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Der Lärm der Hauptstraße/Tram ist allerdings nicht zu überhören, was mich jedoch nicht allzu sehr gestört hat.

Gutes Hotel, aber nicht ganz korrekt.

An sich ein solides Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Aber gleich beim Check-in wurde abgestritten das ich Frühstück habe, konnte das aber nachweisen. Zum Ende wurde diese Panne etwas ausgebügelt, ich durfte später gehen.

Összeségében nagyon elégedett voltam a szállodával. Jó helyen van, felújított tágas fürdőszoba, a vártnál jobb reggeli. Egyetlen negatívum, hogy a szoba kissé dohos volt és penészfoltot is láttam, valószínűleg az épület nedves, ami ellen nem tudnak mit tenni, pedig ez egy korrektül és tisztességesen üzemeltetett szálloda. Ár/érték arányban teljesen rendben van.

Bardzo ladny hotelik, wygodne łóżka, wszechstronne pokoje, ładny wystrój hotelu, dobre śniadanka, blisko serca Krakowa. Jedyny minus to tramwaje za oknem co latem może przeszkadzac przy otwartym oknie.
