The apartment in the main part and the rooms described above are for the exclusive use of guests for the duration of the lease.
The cellars are unavailable due to the facility's maintenance. Accessible staircase in the basement.
There is also storage space adjacent to the large living room.
The area in front of the building is available.
The space around the building at the back is not separated, however, it is intended for "studio" guests.
